As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the development of skilled culinary professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry, the Myanmar Tourism Human Resources Development Association (MTHRDA) participated as a judging and awarding organization at the Contemporary Cuisine Chef Competition organized by AIE College, one of its member institutions.

During the competition, students from AIE College showcased their culinary creativity by preparing four-course contemporary menus inspired by locally sourced ingredients and traditional Myanmar cuisine, demonstrating their innovation and professional cooking skills.

The event was also honored by the participation of the Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua, a distinguished guest of MTHRDA, who served as one of the competition judges and contributed to the evaluation of the contestants.
