Yangon, Myanmar — The Myanmar Tourism Human Resources Development Association (MTHRDA) will hold its Annual General Meeting 2026 on Thursday, 27 August 2026, bringing together members and stakeholders from Myanmar’s tourism, hospitality, and human resources development sectors.

The meeting will take place at UMFCCI, Min Ye Kyaw Zwa Road, Yangon, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The Annual General Meeting will provide an opportunity to review the Association’s activities and achievements, discuss ongoing initiatives, and outline future plans for strengthening tourism and hospitality human resource development in Myanmar.

Over the past year, MTHRDA has continued to engage in industry development activities, professional training, competitions, exhibitions, partnerships, and collaborative initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of tourism and hospitality professionals.

The meeting will also serve as an important platform for members to exchange views, strengthen industry collaboration, and explore opportunities to further develop a skilled and internationally competitive tourism and hospitality workforce.
